I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy, but the small living room wasn't very well equipped. The service was top-notch with extremely helpful and polite staff and great security. The location was super convenient with everything nearby and within walking distance. The dining, especially the tropical fresh fruit and juices, was delicious. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the Sonesta in Bogota. The hotel boasts spacious rooms with unexpected double bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there was a disturbance with a neighboring guest during my stay. The location is convenient, being close to the Unicentro shopping center, but it's a bit far from other attractions. The dining experience left much to be desired, with long wait times and limited options.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were super nice and accommodating, providing a great experience. The service was very friendly and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, with everything nearby and within walking distance. The dining experience was amazing, offering delicious Colombian cuisine. However, the manager's lack of initiative in improving situations was a downside.
